You may be eligible for benefits from a class action settlement involving Ward Transport & Logistics Corp., but you need to act.

A proposed class action lawsuit against Ward Transport & Logistics Corp. (the “Defendant” or “Ward”) is pending in the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.  The action regards a Data Incident that started on approximately March 3, 2024, by a well-known ransomware group.  The cyberattack affected Ward’s information network, impacting its operations and preventing Ward’s employees from accessing certain systems and data.  Plaintiffs allege that Class Members’ highly sensitive “PII” was subsequently exposed on the dark web.

You are a Settlement Class member if you are a resident of the United States whose PII and/or financial information was exposed to unauthorized third-parties, as a result of the data breach experienced by Ward Transport & Logistics, including all who received a Notice of the Data Breach.
